Thank you so much for your interest in bringing LuLight & Co. into your space! We are honored that you’ve chosen our products to share with your community. We view our stockists as partners and want to ensure our relationship is as bright and seamless as possible.
Below, you’ll find our guidelines to help us grow together.
1. Ordering & Minimums
To keep our small-batch production running smoothly, we have established the following minimums:

Opening Order: A minimum of $300 is required for all first-time orders.

Re-orders: A minimum of $150 is required for all subsequent orders.
2. Pricing & MSRP

Wholesale Pricing: Authorized retailers receive 50% off our suggested retail price (MSRP).

Price Integrity: To maintain the value of the LuLight & Co. brand, we ask that all retailers list our products at or above our current MSRP. While occasional short-term promotions are encouraged, consistent "under-cutting" affects all our partners and may result in the termination of our partnership.
3. Resale Guidelines (Where you can sell)

Authorized Locations: Products may be sold in your physical storefront or on your branded website.

Third-Party Platforms: To protect our brand identity, we do not permit the sale of LuLight & Co. products on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or Walmart.com.

White Labeling: All products must be sold in their original LuLight & Co. packaging. Relabeling or rebranding is not permitted.
4. Shipping & Lead Times

Lead Times: Because we hand-pour in small batches, please allow 10–14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. During peak holiday seasons (Oct–Dec), lead times may extend to 21 days.

Shipping Costs: The retailer is responsible for all shipping costs. We ship via UPS or FedEx to ensure tracking and insurance are included.
5. Damages & Returns
We take great care in packing your orders, but we know things can happen during transit!

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival.

Any damages or discrepancies must be reported to marilu@lulight.net within 5 business days of delivery, including photos of the damaged items and the shipping box.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for unsold seasonal inventory.
